Support for 2.10

Is there a reason that this is 2.11 only? As far as I can tell 2.10 macros should be able to support this as well. Maybe I'm missing something?

Yes, you're right.

I tried to cross-compile with scala 2.10, but without success.
I decided not to invest too much time in this, as I assume that everybody will switch to scala 2.11 soon, given its compatibility with scala 2.10.
