Quando vou importar os contatos do Whatsapp, sempre aparece esse erro, ele importa, mas sempre aparece o erro, alguém sabe o que é?

Corrija ou remova os contatos que possuem aspas "", tive o mesmo problema e ao remover esses caracteres importou tudo certinho
