Can't load datasets and ontologies in GraphDB #7
Description
There are datasets containing IRIs which are not properly escaped and as s result the datasets can not be loaded.
Also in the ontologies the "_:b1 http://www.ontotext.com/owlim/system#schemaTransaction "" ." statement should be the first in the file, otherwise the ontologies can't be loaded neither.
