Can LCM 1.4 be build on MSVC12? I gave it a go, but MSVC12 doesn't support inline, and even after a bunch of patches I still run into issues.

If it can't be build on MSVC12, can I maybe simply build it in the WSL and use the DLLs with other code built in MSVC12?
