Looks great!
For 3rd parties, if they have a variant already, it's possible to link to a build/gene/transcript via:
https://www.metadome.app/metadome/dashboard/GRCh38.p14/GATA2/ENST00000487848.6/
However then the user has to find out where the variant is, and zoom in on it.
It would be great if you supported a way to zoom straight to the variant/region, eg my 1st thought is GET param:
?zoom_aa_start=883&zoom_aa_end=950
However you may think of something better, or want it to be a URL route etc
Alternatively, you could also have URL that took a HGVS c. coordinate and centered around that. I can imagine people would love to be able to enter that in a search box and jump straight to that
