Hey @davmlaw was indeed great meeting face2face. Are you attending ASHG?

For ASHG I have been hard at work, have a look at www.metadome.app ;)

This is early alpha, lots of things don't work well... expect features and interface to change on a week-by-week basis.

Are you able to provide the VCF scores for GRCh38 similar to GRCh37 on Zenodo please?

The 2 things I'd like to do w/Metadome are:

Gene level

• From our gene page, link to Metadome genes/transcripts (in appropriate build) - I can do this via constructing the URL eg https://www.metadome.app/metadome/dashboard/GRCh38.p14/GATA2/ENST00000487848.6/

Variant Level

• For variant/transcript - I would like to display the Metadome scores overlapping variant, so the medical scientists can work out whether it's worth visiting Metadome first for more context (requires VCF in 38)
• I'd also like to be able to link from a variant coordinate to the site pre-zoomed in to a specific coordinate. I have raised this as issue Zoom in via URL #74
