Hi,

I wanted to try out SQLX with TursoDB, the README tells SQLite is supported via the unsafe libsqlite3-sys.
TursoDB is a fork of SQLite with enhanced capabilities, and they are providing libsql crate, under the hood, the core lib is still C code.
