Print not working

Everytime I go to print, i get the following error message (using Microsoft Edge) 

Hmmm… can't reach this page
It looks like the webpage at https://build.revivaloforda.com/character.pdf might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Same error message on Chrome
