RAG graph stuck in retrieve step

Hi, I'm working on a simple RAG graph. When I run my graph from a console app it works fine - it just takes a few seconds. But when I run it from lang graph studio, it seems to hang on the "retrieve" step. It sat for about 10 minutes before I cancelled it. How can I diagnose the cause? There's no errors printed in the logs.
