I was wondering if AniPose will have updates to provide support to analyze the output from PyTorch models. DeepLabCut has transitioned to utilizing PyTorch and currently offers support for TensorFlow, however, TensorFlow updates will be deprecated in 2027.
From a user perspective, it would be extremely useful to have one trained model for all types of analysis that also works streamlined with AniPose.
Can you please inform the community on what the state of that is with regards to AniPose utility.
Personally, I'm particularly interested in using the output from DLC PyTorch models and generating the three dimensional output. Maybe this can work with a few tweaks that I am not aware of at the moment so if that is also the case could you provide some information on that process.
