Support for case-insensitive parsing of request parameters?

Outside of creating a small, but custom middleware, does Echo have built-in support for changing its case sensitive or case insensitive consideration of request parameters?

We are not considering it atm. Router does not have any configuration options, so middleware or utility function should be used.
