Server should panic when port is already in use?

When a port is already in use, echo server happily starts. This leads to confusions especially when you dont know that something else is already using that port.

I checked the docs but couldnt find anything, is this expected behaviour?

Nvm i think it is because the machine is dual stack and echo by default binds to ipv6
