website: heading with link+anchor is generated incorrectly

The table of contents / navigation has a link to "Writing Custom Middleware", for which the link is the following:

https://echo.labstack.com/middleware/HAHAHUGOSHORTCODE-s0-HBHB

The actual section further down the page is just a hyperlink to a separate doc section on writing custom middleware, so that later link itself is valid, it's simply the navigation section that was maliciously edited from what I can see.

I'd recommend evaluating other content to determine if there are other similar bad edits.

This is caused when Hugo templates are not playing nice when heading has link and it being converted to linkable anchor elements in html.
