Proxy Middleware option to filter cookies

Hi,

I want to use the proxy middleware but I'd like to filter out certain cookies before the request is proxied upstream. Does Echo have a way to do that today?

Hi, you can use ProxyConfig.Transport to modify request before it is proxied.
