RSS feed

We need a news panel on the website, for communicating on the progress of the project. The news should be accessible through a RSS feed. And the news should be add here before any tweet. Require #4 .

An alternative to #4 is to use a static site generator such as Jekyll.
It provides a plugin for generating RSS feeds.

This can be done with middleman as well (and many others): it's a static website generator with a blog plugin (and it can be used to generate feeds). I've some experience working with middleman and can set it up if needs be.
