VoLTE working and IMS registered, but VoWifi don't.

I can register the IMS on my carrier but Voice over Wifi says "Unavailable".
Also, a message says the "WLAN isn't reg or searching". My friend did the same procedure, with the same carrier and the VoWifi works, the only difference is his device. I will link the files with my configuration and my friend configuration. I am using the latest version of Pixel IMS. I also added the IMS apn, but I don't know if it is working. Maybe if wasn't working, even VoLTE would be, right? Can someone help? @kyujin-cho
