Missing VoLTE option in Phone SIM Settings

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings --> Network --> SIM --> SIM Settings'
2. Missing VoLTE option

Expected behavior
After enebled in IMS app i should see the option in settings, like WoWIFI

Additional context
I can confirm that VoLTE enabled using IMS for Ho. Mobile and Italy MVNO works

No issue in Pixel 9 Pro, toggle is visible in settings. I don't even have root. Try clearing settings cache/force closing or restarting phone?
