Reaper: MIDI Clock Out of Sync

"I am using element as a vst plugin in the reaper daw. Whenever I want to use the reaper midi clock as the master the plugins inside element loose the sync constantly.
This doesn't happen if I use the plugin outside the element wrapper."

BPM stays stable but the transport starts and stops. REAPER might be sending start/stop/continue and confusing plugins. Should add a filter to block these.

I'm having the same problem when used inside VePro7. Transport starts, but drifts out of sync with host.
