add defaultChecked prop

In case we want to work with the checkbox uncontrolled, there is no option for a default value. Adding a defaultChecked prop can be very helpful.

isChecked prop not helpful for you? What exactly do you need for a default value? I believe you got a false if you did not set isChecked prop directly

@WrathChaos Thanks for getting back to me about this. isChecked makes the component "controlled", I am working with the component as "uncontrolled" (due to architectural limits), but I need to be able to start it as checked in case i got a true default value from the server. This is a common practice in React inputs to have a defaultValue or defaultChecked prop (https://react.dev/reference/react-dom/components/input#props)
