DDO source URLs now somewhat broken

Since DDO created the new version of ordnet.dk, their internal redirection silently drops the highlighting of the actual entry within the bigger entry page. This means two things:

• the internal redirect may result in a buggy MCP server tool (need to test this)
• the highlight is gone, which is significant in certain cases

What to do about this

Not sure for now. I'm not sure rewriting the source URLs in the dataset is the correct approach, but it may be the most future-proof one.

The new URLs do contain the def_id, but embedded as a dannetid attribute in the containing HTML element. There is seemingly no way to link directly to the definition, at least not in a way that is any visually different from the overall entry.

The only way to do it is to recreate the URL via the label since every definition has a local ID on the page matching those, e.g. https://ordnet.dk/ddo/ordbog/12000522#betydning-2
