Update VM Lifecycle and RunStrategy Documentation to Reflect Feature Lifecycle Changes

Summary

VM lifecycle management has evolved with field deprecations and new capabilities. This issue tracks updating documentation to reflect current best practices and deprecated fields.

Background

• v1.4.0: spec.running field marked as deprecated
• v1.4.0: Live updating of VM tolerations enabled
• v0.56.0: Live Migration feature gate deprecated (feature graduated to GA)

Files to Update

docs/user_workloads/architecture.md

• Mark spec.running field as deprecated
• Emphasize spec.runStrategy as the preferred method for VM state control
• Update examples to use spec.runStrategy instead of spec.running

docs/user_workloads/run_strategies.md

• Add prominent deprecation notice for spec.running field
• Reinforce that RunStrategy is mutually exclusive with Running (but preferred)
• Update guidance to recommend spec.runStrategy over deprecated spec.running

docs/cluster_admin/node_assignment.md

• Update tolerations documentation to reflect live update capability
• Remove outdated statement: "Changes to tolerations will not dynamically propagate, and will trigger a RestartRequired condition if changed on a running VM"
• Document current live update behavior for tolerations
