What would you like to be added
The existing contents of https://kubernetes.io/releases/release-managers/ should move to a new page within https://k8s.dev/
and we should make the URL https://kubernetes.io/releases/release-managers/ redirect to the new page.
Why is this needed
Content that relates to developing Kubernetes has its best home within https://k8s.dev/

Release is of course the transition from development to published code, but a release manager's job is mostly done before release.
