How can we get which ip has been occupied?

Sometimes we want to know that which vip has been occupied by service and
We can sense that there are few remaining IPs available for use

Config doesn't have status section to help show this kind of information. Maybe we can introduce a new CRD

yes, I can't aggree any more, we introduce such a CRD VIPPOOL to solve it. And we can publish vippool status or annotation to solve it.
