Thoughts on packaging library code separately?

Hi,
I was wondering if you've considered or would consider moving the ruget project library files into a dedicated library crate and upload it to Rust's crates distribution platform.

This would let others easily use the library code and you can still have the ruget cli code for acting as a wget replacement which would rely on this hypothetical ruget library crate.
