Could always just fork it and maintain your own version for people to use @braco or @callumacrae ?

Might be the only way. It seems @kristoferjoseph might be busy or not able to contribute as much time as he would like.

@leewallis best not to fragment the ecosystem if it can be avoided - there's a tonne of people already using this library who would lose out on any changes if it were forked.

@janstieler There are bugs. Look at the open PRs.

The project owner doesn't seem interested in getting the bugs fixed, so I'll fork and merge some of the PRs fixing bugs into the forked version at some point soon. There's clearly demand for a maintained version of this library and we're using it at work so I can commit some time to this :)
