I made hello algo in Nim and Haxe

Hi since the hello algo implementation was not available in Nim and Haxe I tried to make them myself,
Since I primiraly use python so I used Python for reference also as I learnt hello algo using python only therefore I used it.

Since the Chinese version was more updated I used it and translated it into English and verified it with one of my friend.
