Debian: download source package in addition to buildinfo file #154

For reproduce.debian.net we added a workaround: https://salsa.debian.org/qa/jenkins.debian.net/-/commit/4d4b205 As the filename is in the Sources file and the URL can be deduced from it, it would be great if rebuilderd could download it already.
