kitty mouse tracking behavior

kitty doesn't report mouse motion in margins or outside of the window when dragging. Is this intentional? Other terminals I tested report mouse motion outside the window during a drag.

One case where this is useful is selecting text in a text editor. See the following video for an example where kitty's behavior is undesirable (kitty is on the left, foot is on the right):

kitty's behavior may technically be correct but it seems to differ from the norm.

It looks like kitty already does this for for the SGR Pixel protocol.

Yes, the SGR pixel mode is the only mode where this is supposed to work. edit needs to be using that mode if it wants events from outside the window.
