Why is it not v1.0.0 yet?

Is it because not all features that we see in the config are implemented or there are more features that are yet to implemented?

All features in the config file and indeed in all documentation are implemented. As for why it is not 1, it will become 1 when I feel confident its internal APIs and technologies are largely stable.
