無限DM通知の可能性 #6

現状のプログラムだと以下のような状況が発生しうる。

(1) なんらかが原因で bot が落ちる
(2) 再起動して管理者に DM 通知される
(3) ここで、例えば高頻度過ぎた等が原因で Twitter から DM がスパム判定される
(4) エラーにより bot は終了する
(5) (2) に戻る

同様の事例が以下で発生している。

とりあえず、該当箇所を削除。
せっかくなので Slack 等に通知してみたい。
