Merge pull request #22 from kortix-agent/release-agent-cu-setup

Interactive wizard that adds Bash(agent-cu *) to the right Claude Code settings file so agent-cu commands run without per-command approval prompts. Scriptable via --yes / --mode / --scope flags for CI and AI agents calling it non-interactively. Idempotent; preserves existing settings; cross-platform ($HOME / %USERPROFILE%)
