Add [Mongodb] suport in the pick-db moment

Description

Currently, we don't have any template for the MongoDB database using kool. we only support Mysql, Postgres and MariaDB.

In this PR I create templates, recipes, and scripts to support Mongodb in the pick-db step, as we can see in the below image:
