When set shape's draggable=false and Transformer's shouldOverdrawWholeArea=true at the same time, shape still draggable

as the title says, when i set shape's draggable=false and Transformer's shouldOverdrawWholeArea=true, the shape still draggable.

while the same shape, when set Transformer's shouldOverdrawWholeArea=false, it behaver correctly.
