File with virtual section table unparseable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download testfile virtsectbl.exe from corkami or attachment
2. Execute the code pefile.PE("virtsectbl.exe", fast_load=True)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: No exception. 
Instead:

  File "test.py", line 7, in <module>
    pe =  pefile.PE("virtsectbl.exe", fast_load=True)
  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pefile.py", line 1667, in __init__

    stat = os.stat(fname)
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'virtsectbl.exe'


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

pefile 1.2.10-139
Ubuntu 14.04

Please provide any additional information below.

The section table of this file is in virtual space, which is probably causing 
the exception
