With flatpak apps using plugins like mangohud or gamescope like for lutris, bottles, heroic etc they use the freedesktop vulkan layer runtimes, these aren't shown in bazaar and so the user has to open the terminal to access them so they can install them.
gnome-software has this available for install on the freedesktop page and shows all of the important plugins/runtimes that users can install
