Consider renaming to use-tailwind-breakpoint

Since the hooks does not depend on Tailwind CSS at all (it only needs the screens values), come to think about it, we could consider renaming it to use-tailwind-breakpoint.

If so, there are things to do:

• Rename repository
• Deprecate npm package @kodingdotninja/use-tailwind-breakpoint
• Publish npm package use-tailwind-breakpoint
• Update documentations
