Unable to deploy or preview form #248

I've deployed kobotoolbox for a client and have made a form with 83 questions. I've used the online xls validator to validate the form and got no errors. Whenever I try deploying I get this error: Expecting value: line 4 column 1 (char 3). And when I preview the form it does not connect. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated
