Cannot set squelch to OFF #18

Seems Q has a range between 100 and 0 and -1 (which stands for ST), but there is no way to set it to OFF

Using a TEF6686.

This is a limitation of current protocol between tuner and application - will be fixed in the new one, which is currently in a development.
