Host Unreachable error

i have my mobile and pc on same network(of my mobile) but when i try to connect with any of the ip's it throws an error, host Unreachable, how can i fix that?

Unfortunately, this is a network configuration issue.
There's no silver bullet for it.

Any image or screen shot of when you try to connect to the pc app I also got that error but I got 4 diffrent ips 2 ipv4 and 2 ipv6 listed on pc app so I tried them one by one and it worked
