steps to reproduce

Private channel:
~play https://open.spotify.com/track/4xBFKgS6VAmpmeoG0WJ9Pl?si=13d883a4e4014bb5
click and disconnect the bot from the context menu
~play https://open.spotify.com/track/4xBFKgS6VAmpmeoG0WJ9Pl?si=13d883a4e4014bb5
bot doesn't join back

Notes:
~summon fixes the issue
~dc works fine

kingbri1 added the bug label
