Enable/Disable lunc scan fails with 500 error

Install, wok, gingerbase,ginger,gingers390x on s390x machine.

Navigate to Host -> Storage -> Storage Devices -> Add -> Add FCP device.
click on Enable/Disable Lun scan.

Fails with -
"The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

i am working on this issue
