'Add Adapter' button missing in Host -> Network tab

OS: KVM for IBM z Systems

In Host -> Network tab, under Network Configuration section, there should be "Add Adapter" button which helps in configuring network i/o device when running on s390x architecture.

Steps to reproduce:
Install wok, gingerbase, ginger and gingers390x on s390x machine.
Navigate to Host -> Network tab. Expand 'Network Configuration' Section. 'Add Adapter' button is missing 'Add' drop down.
