Version Update Needed #169

I'm running the latest release v2.3.0, but all the version info says 2.2.1.
cat Build/ginger-base/src/gingerbase-2.3.0/VERSION
2.2.1
The incorrect version shows up in UI tooltips (and perhaps other places).
