Right now, moving any tile from board to rack is forbidden.
We have to allow current player to be able to return tiles that have been placed on the board during current turn. Fixed in #67

Also, this is an opportunity to highlight styling for "pending tiles" - in case currentPlayer has to put them back on the rack
