Carousel doesn't loop when transitionDuration is 0.

I think this should be pretty straightforward to replicate as I don't thing I'm doing anything out of the ordinary (other than setting this property to 0).

hmm because this component is relied on the TransitionEnd event to slide.

I'll try to solve this in next release
