Hi Karamba team,

I was wondering for what application this repository can be used.
What is meant by unit-test. Is it testing that the units are calculated correctly?

e.g. problems that come with using both m2 and mm2?

Hello,
I think that it refers to unit test, see here. This could take the form of a benchmark for known structures (e.g. post-buckling analysis of an Elastica) to guarantee that the solver yields satisfactory results.

Hi Rayaan,
the purposes of the unit test project are these:

• check the functionality of new Karamba3D releases.
• document the public API of Karamba3D via the tests which are small stand-alone examples.
• debugging by creating minimal examples which reproduce an error.
