Add Docker Management Functionality

Idea: Docker Management Function

Introduce a new feature to manage Docker containers directly from the Atlas project. This function can provide capabilities such as listing running containers, starting/stopping containers, viewing logs, and basic container health checks.

Possible Features:

• List all running/stopped Docker containers
• Start/stop/restart selected containers
• View container logs
• Perform health checks on containers
• Optionally, integrate Docker Compose and Swarm features

Motivation

Many users deploy Atlas alongside other Dockerized services. Native Docker management would enhance usability and streamline workflows within the Atlas application.

Additional Notes

• Ensure security and authentication for Docker operations
• Provide a clear UI/UX for container management
• Consider future extensibility for Kubernetes/other orchestrators
