We should populate the app/service object in the hook context

When serialized "complex" objects in the hook context associated to a feathers event can be lost through the distribution. We could populate it back when [emitting](https://github.com/kalisio/feathers-distributed/blob/master/lib/register.js#L67) the event in the remote service.
