Consumer groups displaying

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

1. There are several consumers for the same partition (on a screenshot there are 2 consumers for partition 0)
2. These consumers have different offsets
3. Sorting by consumer lag within a topic is broker (on a screenshot the state of the table after trying to sort by consumer lag)

Expected behavior

1. 1 partition - 1 consumer ID
2. Sorting is working
