Antlr-ng, written by mike-lischke, is a "new generation" of Antlr that replaces the Java tool. I'll need a way to plug in the tool into the Antlr4BuildTasks, which currently assumes the tool is called by Java. With Antlr-ng, a JRE is not required, but node and typescript will be.
